For the first
time in IRAN, R&D dept. of LOOLOO.Group with cooperation of
M.C.P. Co. performed the process of design and development
of electrical adjustable seat which includes actuator, frame
and case. This product makes more comfort for users during
adjustment just by pressing a key, it is installed in order
to ensure the welfare of car passengers and solve the
problem of space limitation for manual seat adjustment.

Name: Peugeot 206 Manual Window regulator
The
Semi-automatic production line of Peugeot 206 Manual Window
regulator is accepted based on global world standards that
is designed and manufactured for the first time in IRAN by
R&D dept. of LOOLOO.Group. This system works by moving
subassembly by conveyor system and separating right and left
window regulator by recognizing it automatically. It
includes 7 stations which can produce one pair of W/R per
minute. This production line is designed based on anti-error
and poka-yoke systems. Its cellular design makes it
improvable in change of line speed, line switch on products,
decrease or increase of stations.

Anti-trap
technology on power windows will detect an object in the
path of the closing window and reverse the direction of
the window. With anti-trap technology when the window up
button is pressed once, the window will continue to rise
unless there is an object in the way, in which case the
window will reverse its direction. |

a child’s hand or arm, and even cause death by
suffocation. There is a safety feature that will help
prevent these types of injuries.
The anti-trap window technology can help protect
children from the potential dangers of vehicle power
windows. Using advanced mechanical and electrical
technology, anti-trap causes a power window to reverse
when it comes in contact with certain objects.
