In 2003, with the aim of placing at the range of global auto-parts manufacturers, succeeded to attract  foreign investors.

The result of this strategy was two companies, by equal capital investment (50%-50%), named IRMA (Iran-Malaysia) with the goal of manufacturing Wire Harness according to international standards, located in Iran, and the other one LNA Co., with the goal of manufacturing Window Regulator & Wire Harness for ASEAN market, located in Malaysia.

In line with the Iranian Commercial Industrial policy to excel and accelerate in the automotive industries and in order to compete with the world car manufacturer the LOOLOO Group of companies had taken the positive step to have the joint venture with foreign investor. Regarding to the policy the newly joint venture company was established between two countries Iran and Malaysia.

IRMA Co. in Iran and LNA IR-MAL in Malaysia established between LOOLOO Group from Iran and APM Industries Holdings from Malaysia since Aug.4th 2003, the Joint Venture company will mainly focus on Automotive Wiring Harness and Window Regulator. The sharing expertise, knowledge and technologies will be able to utilize the young generation knowledge and offer the better platform to expose to the more challenging industry, beside provide them with more JOB opportunities to the local people.

IRMA forecasts its activities for next 3 years providing in 3 phases:
  Phase I: Starting activities in CBU process.
  Phase II: Continuing activities in SKD process.
  Phase III: Continuing activities in CKD. (FULL PROCESS)

According to this Joint venture company business plan, exported Wire Harness would be over than 45 Million USD in end of implementing and executing all the phases of activities. 

Wire Harnesses are a set of electric cables that is used to connect different elements in electromechanical and electronic systems. 

The function of a Wire Harness is to provide electric power and electronic signals to the different peripheral units. A Wire Harness is composed of different kind of elements. A cable to transmit information and energy, connectors are required to plug the Wire Harness with other elements, clips are in different places on the Wire Harness to fix the wire harness on the final product. It plays the vital role of coordinating and controlling the operations of the whole electrical distribution system of a vehicle.
