LLG Past History

In the year 1989,

In a small workshop in Tehran the idea of establishing an engineering services company to render Engineering Services regarding Modren Management Technology came to our mind and soon after Bahregan Co. was born.

In 1993,

Bahregan Engineering Company got the caracter of a services engineering Co. specialized in Auto parts business 
and categorized its activities in three main fields,Inspection,Design of test and control Machinery and Promotion the grade of Auto part suppliers in Iran.

In 1994,

Shahab Shams company came to existence and focused on production of Auto parts and started its activities by producing Wire Harness.

In 1996,

Based on technology and experiences accumulated during the past years on Auto parts business,assembling manual and electrical window regulator for two main groups of  Automobile manufacturer in Iran, Iran Khodro and Saipa was carried out.

In 1998,

Automotive Central Door Lock (Actuator) was added to the range of Shahab Shams products and soon after our company was nominated as a first grade supplier by SAPCO (Main Supplier of Automotive Parts) and got the certificate of A grade supplier.
 

In 1999,
Along with development of the above products from quality and quantity points of view an urgent need to a trading 
company to direct and wrap up all trading activities such as finding new sources to provide the reqirements of factories,handling import process and also work on potential market for future export felt.For this purposes Rahe Abrisham Trading and  Engineering Co. established and focased on all commercial activities requested by production companies such as Shahab Shams & Bahregan or any other Auto parts supplier who may need commercial services.

In 2001,
New production line to assemble Window Regulator in high capacity commissioned and Quality Management Certificate, ISO 9001 was acquired.Placing the Agreement of transfer of Technology and technical assistant with a Spanish world class supplier of Window Regulator named Grupo Antolin, is one of the main achievements in the year 2001 and also an step forward to  enter into world market.

    At the beginning of the year 2001, by the vision of making activities more specialized and increasing efficiency, Safir Sanat Speed was established, and they managed manufacturing of central door lock (actuator), therefore the production increased from 24000 pcs in the year 2000 inside Shahab Shams to 65000 pcs in 2001, and 185000 pcs in 2002, and 500000 pcs in 2003, and plan of the year 2004 a is manufacturing 10000000 pcs.

In 2002,
At the beginning of 2002, by having the same aim of increasing efficiy, Jahan Khodro Saba was established, and producing wire harness was transferred to this company. Therefore the production of the year 2002 was increased to 30% more than 2001, 100% in 2003, and the production plan of 2004 is 200% more than 2003.

In 2003,
In this year we established an Holding Company named LooLoo Group, with the aim of a constant growth to establish two JV company.

In this year, with the aim of placing at the range of global auto-parts manufacturers, succeeded to attract & absorb foreign investors.

The result of this strategy was J.V company,  named IRMA (Iran-Malaysia) with the goal of manufacturing Wire Harness according to international standards, located in Iran .

In Nov 2004 / Jan 2005,
Jahan Khodro Saba (JKS) & Safir Sanat Speed(3S) and ShahabShams Three of subsidiaries Companies achieved ISO TS16949 .

In August 2004,
aiming to absorb the investment on Development projects and also preparing & providing infrastructure for the companies in order to enter the stock Market " LooLoo industrial Development investment Co.( LIDI )" was established .

In Jan 2005,
Purchasing 27.5% of share holds "Parsian Brake Industry Co.( PBI )" , LooLoo Group entered Brake manufacturing  project , for more information & explanation in look at pages exclusively for " PBI " or " www.pbindustry.com ".
