Achive QS9000 from  DNV .

-Dec 2003 :
Starting the mass Production of Electrical Seat  .

-feb 2004 :
Stating mass Production of DC MOTOR .

-March  2004 :

Fulfilment of  6δ Project of its  overcoming to gain the nable project in Iran and effecting a 20% discount for Window  Regulator pice in Shahab Shams .

-june 2004 :
The ISO TS 16949 Contract to get the relevant Certificate with QSG Co. an Indian consulting Co.

-beginning of  2004:
KANBAN system is a software base of barcodes which has established in Shahab Shams by programming team of this company from the beginning of  2004.

From the good points of KANBAN system we can mention the following items: 

1-mechanizing charge system.
2-reducing stock of temporary storage of product line.
3-exact controlling of stocks in storage and product line.
4-exact supervision on failed parts and not using them in product line.
5-Creation complete contact between production departments ,storage ,QC, orders , programming , etc.

In this system procedure, parts packages will affixed by KANBAN barcodes as they entered to the storage. This barcode contains some information like date and time of entering the parts, number of package, name of supplier, control result, charge position, etc. when a part is used in product line ,as its barcode scans, the order for charging it will be done for the storage. As soon as charging orders come to the number of frequency charge, the responsible man of charging product line will charge the part to the line which has asked for it. When the parts are charging if any one has failed by QC, there will be an error and failed part will not charge.

This system contains following the parts too. In a way that all the information related to the parts which are uses in a special product has recorded and in requirement times it will be referred. Meanwhile this system is able to controlling FIFO.

Now KANBAN system is performing in Shahab Shams Co. and granting all necessity of production and programming departments.

Take  the license Certificate for Production of Manual and Electrical Window Regulators (ISO TS 16949 ) on April 2005.
